Which devices does KidiLearn run on?
KidiLearn is an app for iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 or later), available on the App Store, and for Android devices (Android 9 or later), available on Google Play.
Does KidiLearn work offline?
Yes. Once installed, KidiLearn works without an internet connection, in the car, on holiday or on a plane. Buying or restoring the subscription does need a connection.
Is KidiLearn free?
KidiLearn is free to download. Every game comes with several free plays, and free drawing stays free with no limit. To keep playing after that, the KidiLearn+ subscription, monthly or yearly, unlocks every game. Purchases sit behind a parental gate.
What ages and grades is KidiLearn for?
From preschool to Grade 5, roughly ages 3 to 10. Each game lists the grades it covers, and the app's home screen can filter games by grade.
What do the games teach?
Math (mental math, multiplication tables, counting, reading and placing numbers), language (spelling and dictation, vowels, letter matching, letter sounds), handwriting of numbers, shapes, and geography with world flags. The app has 15 games on iPhone and iPad and 12 on Android so far. The letter-sound reading games are in French only.
Are there ads? What data does the app collect?
There are no ads. KidiLearn asks for no account and no name, and collects no personal data from your child. Anonymous statistics (crash reports, device type, time spent in the app) are only used to fix bugs, as detailed in the privacy policy. The read-aloud games use the microphone, only with your permission.
Does KidiLearn follow the school curriculum?
Yes. The exercises are built around the official school curriculum and inspired by the real homework the founder's own children bring home, and by school workbooks.
