Welcome to KidiLearn, developed by Mobi Mite ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially young children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application designed for children aged 0-10.

1. Kids Privacy Assured (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

We take children's privacy seriously. KidiLearn does not knowingly collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under the age of 13.

• We do not ask for the child's name, email, phone number, or address.
• We do not include social media integration or social sharing features.
• We do not use behavioral advertising.

2. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

To ensure the app runs smoothly and to fix bugs, we use trusted third-party services. We have configured these services to treat data as "child-directed" to strictly limit data collection.

We use the following services for internal operations only (support and technical analysis):

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google): We use these tools to collect non-personal, anonymous data such as crash reports, device types (e.g., iPad vs iPhone), and app usage duration. This helps us fix bugs and improve the user experience. This data is aggregated and cannot identify an individual child.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (StoreKit)

KidiLearn operates on a Freemium model. All financial transactions (Subscriptions and In-App Purchases) are processed directly through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Mobi Mite does not have access to your credit card information or billing details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

4. Parental Control (Parental Gate)

To protect children, all settings, external links (like this policy), and In-App Purchase options are protected by a "Parental Gate" (e.g., a mathematical question or a specific gesture) to prevent children from accessing them without adult supervision.

Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the app KidiLearn, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License

Mobi Mite grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, and artwork (collectively, "Content"), are owned, controlled, or licensed by Mobi Mite. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

KidiLearn may offer a Premium Subscription or In-App Purchases that unlock specific content.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mobi Mite explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
